I'm wondering what is involved in a work physical exam? will i have to get undressed and change into a gown? i would just like to know what to expect as i have never had one before.

Not so bad: Normally, you will be asked to change into a gown but keep your bra and panties on. They'll check hearing and vision, check your lungs/heart, abdomen, reflexes, spine, ears, eyes, nose and throat and they might check you for a femoral hernia by asking you to cough while placing a hand where the thigh meets the lower abdomen, both sides. Poss. drug test, too. U'll be okay! Congrats on the job!
