See a Dr: Shortness of breath is rarely benign (unless new high exertion exercise, high altitude or tight clothing). There can be many underlying health problems that present as shortness of breath (anxiety, asthma, infections, obstructive lung disease, heart failure) You should see a Dr in person to have a thorough physical evaluation and lab tests to determine why you are short of breath.
