See a doctor: Shortness of breath can occur for many reasons, including congestive heart failure (fluid in lungs), pneumonia (infection), asthma, inflammatory processes, foreign body (aspiration), blood clots (pulmonary embolism), and airway tumors. There is no way to answer in this limited space. A thorough physical exam, and likely a chest xray, possibly ecg, ct, pulmonary function tests need to be done.
