Anesthetic: All Azo is an anesthetic. Will do nothing to antibiotics.

Pain relief: Azo can help with pain relief while your abx is working to kill the bacteria. It wont flush out the cipro (ciprofloxacin). Read and follow the instructions. You generally shouldnt take the Azo more than a few days so as to not mask a worse problem.
