Recurrent vaginal : infections, seem to happen when hormone changes cause normal vaginal acidity to weaken. This can be from dietary issues that affect the hormone levels as well. Irregular cycles/ovulation, polycystic ovarian syndrome/insulin resistance can be factors. Even diabetes can be a cause of recurrence. An exam seems appropriate.
