Asthma plan: Please consider an inbox or virtual consultation with Healthtap. Most bronchitic infections are caused by viral infections and the antibiotics may not be effective. Your asthma may worsen during and after the infection. Continue the Symbicort, avoid smoke and other triggers. If you experience fever, flu like symptoms or shortness of breath, please see your PCP.
