See below: You need to call an ambulance - the blue lips indicate a lack of oxygen to the area - this combined with excess sleeping and passing out could be from a drug overdose, -other causes could include infection, blood loss, Cardiovascular or pulmonary problems -the symptoms are severe and he needs immediate attention in the ER
