No STI, not HPV: HPV doesn't cause such a symptom. The most common cause of this sort of symptom is anxiety magnifying trivial symptoms or even normal body sensations that otherwise wouldn't be bothersome and maybe not even noticed. Live your normal life, including sexually; nothing bad is going to happen.
