I have occasional pain/discomfort in only and specifically my left testes. i didnt think it was a big deal, but now there is a spot on/above my groin and below the waste, that causes pain in the left testes if i apply pressure to that area.

Have it examined: There is an occasional abnormality in the blood vessels that support the testis that can do this. The blood vessels originate near the kidneys & travel the distance to the scrotum but sometimes the veins become unusually large with a defect of the valves.These are called varicococoels & affect 10-15 % of med,usually on the left. I would have your doc check it or see a urologist.
