No don't : Worry. Sometimes a little blood escapes as the blood that housed the egg ruptures to let it go. When that happens the blood settles in the bottom of the pelvis on tat side and is painful and can last awhile. It will not harm you.

Corpus luteum: If you ovulated, then the ovulation cyst (follicle) becomes the corpus luteum. Which is making hormones to prepare the lining of the uterus for implantation. Sometimes, the corpus luteum may bleed a little. That blood spills into the pelvis and will cause pain. As long as it's not severe, it's nothing to worry about and will resolve over the next few days.
