Frenulectomy: Frenulum breve typically involves a band of tissue anchoring the head of the penis to the underside of the main shaft which causes a bending of the tip of the penis downward. Once released through a frenulectomy, the tip of the penis should be aligned with the glans. Post surgery, once the site is healed, there should be no further need for delaying intercourse.
