Yes: There are several things, one would be to keep in touch regularly with your wife. It would also be a good choice to begin journaling, get some of the feeling "out". I would also suggest developing a practice of mindfulness or meditation. The other good anxiety buster in exercise which I would suggest to do regularly . Getting a counselor to talk with regularly might also be quite helpful
