Shoulder pain: I assume there has been no recent injury. If you elevate your arm, does it produce pain? If so there may be tendinitis or bursitis present. Apply alternating cold and hot applications several times a day and take anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen for several days. If it hurts to breathe and you have a cough or If no improvement or worsening see your physician for evaluation.
