Is it possible to have the flu even if u don't have the usual symptoms like sneezing coughing & sore throat?

Yes: Flu symptoms may vary from minimal to full blown (primarily fever, headache, body aches, cough and less common - sneezing, nasal drainage etc.). Some people whose immune system is strong enough to fight the virus off may have no symptoms or short lived ones not attributing those to the flu and yet they are just as contagious.

Maybe...: Flu symptoms include upper respiratory symptoms, fever, body aches, headache but you could have the flu and not have all these symptoms. If none of these are present, it is unlikely to be flu.
