I found out a year ago that i have subtalar coalition what i do for the pain all my joints hurts and i want to be able to wear a shoe on my foot and come out this boot?

Conservative first : I am sorry you are having a painful foot. I would recommend seeing a podiatrist that has experience in this type of condition. Not all podiatrist have such experience. Some foot and ankle orthopedist have experience in this area. I would consider a custom orthotic by a podiatrist for this condition. sometimes surgery is considered, but of course as a last resort.
