No, but: All temperatures are reported on scales such as Celsius or Fahrenheit. Normal temperatures are around 36 degrees C and/or high 90's Fahrenheit. The reported reading sounds more like a room temperature in degrees Celsius and it is not likely to be an accurate reading for a body temperature in either scale.
