I am currently 5 weeks pregnant. received an mmr vaccination early dec 2019. did blood tests last week indicating a positive rubella igg and positive igm. will this have any negative impacts on the fetus?

No you're fine: As long as you weren't pregnant at the time of immunization, and it sounds like you weren't, the baby will be fine. The antibodies just show that the immunization worked and you are protected as is the baby.
