I am pregnant and went for my 1 hour glucose test. when i went for my appointment afterward, the doctor told me that i was exactly at the cutoff number. she gave me the form for the 3 hour, but said i don't need to go for the test. should i?

The cutoff number: is somewhat arbitrary. Consider taking the 3 hr test, if you are below the cutoff's for diabetes, then good news. If above the cutoffs for diabetes, then treatment becomes much more important.
