Exercise and fasting: Once your doctor has recommended a one hour glucose test the laboratory folks will tell you what you need to do (or not do) on the morning you are coming in for testing. Don't worry about it until you have the result. If everything is OK , great! If not your doctor will start you on the right track. Good luck.
