Pain,discharge: Watery vaginal discharge is usually not a sign of a vaginal infection. Uterine cramping may be the cause of your pains. Since you're experiencing severe discomfort, call your gynecologist for instructions and advice about the pain and the IUD.

Abdominal pain/ d/c: If you had the IUD loop recently placed, it may be the issue. You may want the gynecologist to check it out. An Ultrasound may be helpful to see if the tubes and ovaries are OK. If these are fine then explore any GI issues causing the abdominal pain.
