Hormones...: Changes to your hormones can cause changes in your cervical mucus and vaginal discharge. Since you have recently taken progesterone and then stopped taking it, your progesterone levels (and your cervical mucus) are changing. Its unlikely to be an infection if it is clear and has very little odor and doesn't itch. Best wishes!
