No risk, no worry: Without intercourse, there is never any significant risk of HIV transmission, and certainly not by the contact described. The mouth and saliva almost never transmit HIV. Even oral sex is safe, i.e. no known HIV cases proved to have been transmitted from mouth to genital contact.
