Worth: Taking the time. If you did not have a tetanus shot in the last 10 years a trip to closest and safest facility that can give you the shot would be worth the risk.

Tetanus shot: I can't tell you where to go because I am not sure what country you live in. I would call before going to a hospital or clinic to advise of the service you need. I must agree with Dr. Pasniciuc that if you haven't had a tetanus shot in ten years, or if you don't know how long it has been, it should be a priority to get one.
