Night sweats: Mild sweating at night can result from a warm room or covers too heavy. However, soaking night sweats- often indicate potentially serious infections or inflammatory disorders. (TB and malaria are classical examples, in people at risk for them.) Sweating usually means fever going down during the night. Take your temperature a few times a day and see your doctor soon to make sure it's not serious.

Depends: If you get fever and have lost weight, you ought to consult a doctor. If not, reduce the amount of covers you use at night. What you described is just a normal reaction to the warm in bed from covers. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.
