No: Adco-loperamide is a medication to stop diarrhea by slowing down intestinal movement. Severe side effects include intestinal obstruction, a condition that affects the heart rhythm (QT prolongation) and dehydration. This medicine should not be used during pregnancy unless closely monitored by a doctor. Instead, try antacids containing calcium carbonate. These are safe during pregnancy and will help
