Imodium (loperamide): sorry, I think you have to ride this one out, should not last more than 1 day though, unless of course it's the Doxy or your illness for which you are taking it

Not the cause: If you took it that long ago it is not the cause of your pain.It is a muscle motility suppressor and slows spasms in the intestine, it does not cause them.If anything doxy is often not tolerated because of cramps.
