I have been getting fevers ranging from 100.1 to 102.8 after meals. sometimes beginning before i have even finished the meal.

Fevers: Recurrent fevers up to 102.8 are concerning. There are no other associated symptoms so that we can't localize infection to the respiratory or urinary tracts. Certain malignancies can present with fevers,also. I recommend consulting a specialist in internal medicine or infectious diseases for appropriate evaluation and testing.
