What if you have been vomiting after every meal or drink for 3 days with severe pain in stomach back and head severity increases while vomiting but stays even after done has had fever of 102 for 2 days comes and goes after taking 800 mlgrm ibuprofin ?

See doctor: Seems like you have a case of infection but it is hard to tell whether it is viral or bacterial with the 102 temperature. Make sure you have enough electrolytes and fluid (sports drink?) and I think it is time to contact your doctor. Ibuprofen may reduce the fever but does nothing on the disease process (and may even aggravate your vomiting).
