If i didn't get a positive blood test for pregnancy till i was 10weeks along could it also take the same amount of time if i am in fact pregnant?

Unclear question: Blood test can detect pregnancy within a few days of implantation of the fertilized egg and is generally positive as soon as one day after a missed period. If you are ten weeks pregnant the blood test will be positive. Home pregnancy test will also be positive.
