I have a dull pain in my tummy on my right side. i dont have appendicitis but the x-ray machine saw some fluid and inflammation. bloods came back fine and vitals are good. what could be the cause of the fluid and what could the diagnosis be?

Right sided pain: If the appendix.appeared unequivocally normal, another cause of right lower abdominal discomfort and fluid accumulation would be pelvic inflammatory disease. If you're still experiencing right lower abdominal pain and, especially if there's associated tenderness, I recommend being examined by an abdominal surgeon. Referral to a gynecologist may be recommended if no surgical process is found.
