Repeat image studies: You may need repeat imaging studies as it does sound like you are pinching a nerve. The most common site of compression is still your neck. Emg/ncs (nerve conduction studies) may also be warranted. You should be evaluated by a neurosurgeon and /or and orthopaedic spine specialist.
