Seek medical care: Two things: 1. Just because there is Covid, this does not mean you shouldn't go to the ER. 2. Your condition is worsening, base on the information you provided, you likely have possibly a small bowel issue. This has been going on for 5 days, so I recommend you go to the ER or Capable Urgent care to take care of this.
