Hypersensitivity : IgG represents hypersensitivity and not allergy. But if you have lung scarring it might suggest hypersensitivity pneumonitis. If you have bad asthma and sinus issues, it could sometimes represent an allergic form of lung disease such as ABPA. CT scan of chest is likely to show bronchiectasis. Blood tests are likely to show elevated eosinophils and high IgE. Talk to an Allergist
