No: At this time the virus does not survive well in refrigeration. The CDC does not associate the virus with cool packaging or refrigerated items that are shipped.

Usually: "It is unlikely that freezing would be effective in inactivating COVID-19, however as detailed by the FDA, there is currently no evidence of food or food packaging being associated with transmission of COVID-19." REF: https://instituteforfoodsafety.cornell.edu/coronavirus-covid-19/food-industry-resources/food-industry-faqs/#freezing. COVID 19 loves the cold - it doesn't like heat.
