No immediate worries: Mechanism of injury does not suggest real trouble. For any ongoing dizziness, headaches, weakness etc may want to check in with your primary care doc. If he/she recommends imaging - MRI may show signal change in the frontal lobes etc but unlikely any long-term problem or any adverse action.
