I have a painful stiff neck from my right side. how do i treat it?

More details are needed; the nature of the pain physically and subjectively. neck pain can come from bones, joints, ligaments, discs, and can be affected by function, alignment, and movement. The other possibility is that your neck pain can be related to nonspinal illness.
