My 4 year old toddler keeps wetting her pants and bed, sometimes she says she didn't feel it coming. might this be serious?she's extremely busy from around 9:38 am till midnight after midnight, no naps during the day. can this be a sign of adhd? tia

Bed-wetting: In a 4 yo bed-wetting is neither unusual or a sign of any other disorder. When no day-wetting occurs it doesn't suggest a bladder disorder or infection. Many have smaller bladder capacity & have not developed the capacity to wake when their bladder sends the signal at half full. One or both parents may have also been affected. Bladder stretching exercises (holding it) & pee alarms often help.
