Medical Exam!: The symptoms you describe are serious enough to warrant a complete medical exam. The crying followed by shivers could be due to an emotionally challenging situation &/or to a serious medical illness such as an infection. The sooner you are properly evaluated at a medical clinic the better. I wish you well with your health!
