I had a sebaceous cysts years ago. it was removed surgically in a hospital. it was in my belly button. the surgent said he got it all, even the sack it came in. now i think i have another sebaceous cysts in the same spot. but how's this possible?

A new cyst: Sebaceous cysts can form from blockage of the duct a sebaceous gland. We have lots of such glands in the skin. Removal of one cyst does not prelude another gland from acting up. It is a benign disorder. Wish you good health!
