Painful intercourse: May be infection like yeast or I have seen issues with mycoplasma/ ureoplasma overgrowth.( they are normally in the bowel) or strep , BV I sometimes treat with triple treatment with flagyl, doxycyline - if not pregnant- and then clotirmazole/diflucan and see if helps. a May also be ovarian cysts, check sonogram, Would follow up with GYN

Anti-fungal medication: You should see your doctor to verify that this is the source of the infection. Bacteria is a more common cause of super infection of a sebaceous cyst.
