Good evening. i have a 2 month old. he is vomiting his whole feed from yesterday. he drinks his milk however doesn't keep it down. he is cramping extremely and crying nonstop. please help?

Several things: Very young babies usually need to be examined by a Dr for persistent vomiting because they get dehydrated quickly. A 2 month old could have pyloric stenosis (tightness of muscle that lets food out of stomach- needs a simple surgery to cure) or an obstruction (usually no bowel movements if obstructed). Any fever would be worrisome for infection. A thorough exam & possibly lab/X-ray can tell
