The tip of a knife fell onto the top of my foot from the kitchen counter. it bled alot until i elevated the foot. the cut is less then 1cm long, but fairly deep. i have cleanes it, and covered. do i need a tetnus shot and possibly stitches?

Probably not..: You don't need a Tetanus shot since kitchen knifes are presumably clean (unless the knives you had was used to dig soil). If the wound is a sharp clean cut, it should heal on its own, but if it is jagged and gaping then you may need stitches
