A member asked:

I need an ambulance?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Those symptoms, while not characteristic of a coronary artery blockage attack may be caused by a pulmonary embolism, pneumonia, pericarditis, pneumothorax or simply a rib cage injury or pinched nerve. The symptoms deserve prompt attention and it's safest to be transported to the hospital emergency room by ambulance than by private automobile and you certainly shouldn't drive yourself to the hospital
