Takes much time: Nitroglycerine rx for tendonopathy is something that i know little about when I have used it in the past and known of others that have used it generally speaking the results weer not too impressive try an infrapatellar strap during the day and palastic wrap at bde time for a few weeks / can't hurt these are slow problems to improve.

I have had xrays on my left knee to see what is wrong with it due to it being swollen and hurting back in July. I was diagnosed with have patella in both knees. After physical therapy, my swelling went down - but now its back when I am moving a lot. It doesnt hurt but there is a lot of fluid on the knee and it seems to go away when I work out.
