No: your hair is not a portal of entry for the virus. If you acquire covid-19 on your fingers & touch near your eyes, nasal passages or mouth, those structures are special tissues where the virus can enter your system & begin to reproduce. Wash your hands often or use sanitizer. Wear a mask that covers your nose & mouth & it will remind you to avoid touching anywhere on your face without washing up.

COVID 19 : Avoid touching your face, nose, eyes, mouth without first washing your hands. It is a respiratory virus so eyes, nose, mouth are it's portals of entry.
