Gas: It seems that you either produce a lot of intestinal gas or have normal amounts of gas but occasional difficulty o passing through the intestinal tract and out the rectum. Excessive gas can be from gassy foods, lactose or gluten intolerance. Taking simethicone 1/2 hour after a meal reduces gas formation. See if you're intolerant of lactose or gluten by experimenting or consult a gastroenterologist
