Hi, i have a bad pain just below my shoulder at the back,it feels like it starts from the neck then goes just below my left shoulder at the back all the way to where my rib cage is. my whole arm feels like it is taking a strain.what could it be?

Radiculopathy: A bulging disc or spur in the vertebra in the upper spine or lower neck can be the problem. An MRI would demonstrate it. See your physician or a neurologist for examination and testing arrangements.
