Painless white bump: May be a tonsil stones(especially if bad breath), or infection even strep though unusual if no pain in throat,. or evidence of peritonsillar infection /abscess, or mucus/ post nasal drip /food debris lodged in crypt. Could try salt water gargle - Do NOT use any instrument/brush or manually try to dislodge-there are important blood vessels there) f/u w/ MD/ ENT
