Will zebeta work the same and for the same duration if i take 2.5mg tablet in the morning and at night instead of one 5mg pill in the morning or evening? is it best to just take the whole pill or break it up? i want it to last for 24hrs.

The basics: This med is designed to use once daily. It builds in your system over time, different from an antibiotic taken several X/d that may flush out in hours. After a few days of regular use your blood drug level should reach steady state. You could break it up but it is likely not to be worth the extra work. Discuss this with your doc if you remain confused.
