Yes: Extreme fatigue can have many medical causes among which are a sedentary lifestyle & dysepsia, which can be a sign of more serious illness such as an ulcer. Other possible causes include Coronavirus, Lyme disease, flu, pneumonia, cancer, anemia, malnutrition & alcohol & drug abuse. I therefore suggest you get examined at a medical clinic as soon as possible. I wish you well with your health!

Possibly : Chronic Inactivity almost always leads to fatigue, but rarely to extreme fatigue. Dyspepsia due to an ulcer which is bleeding could lead to anemia which could lead to significant fatigue. If you have had long term dyspepsia & worsening fatigue you need Dr evaluation & lab tests including blood count to check this.
